Authenticity Lab

This space is designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and true selves. Through tantric practices, movement meditations, group exercises, journaling, and sharing circles, we create a safe and supportive environment to explore who we really are. Together, we let go of the pressures and “shoulds” that society places on us. With curiosity and self-love as our guides, we start to truly understand and embrace ourselves. From this connection, we build the confidence to show up in the world as our most authentic selves.

My mission is to create a space where women feel safe to reconnect with who they really are and feel empowered to live more authentically, one step at a time.

I imagine us coming together weekly or biweekly—a place where we can share, grow, and remind ourselves that self-discovery and authenticity aren’t about big leaps but about being present and making small, meaningful choices every day. The workshop will last about an hour and a half.

Hi, I'm Carolina Aguirre.

I’m a passionate woman dedicated to living from my most authentic self and guiding other women on the journey of self-discovery. I work with tantric practices, movement meditations, and conscious breathing, all guided by curiosity and a deep love for exploring who we truly are.

Growing up, I believed that showing my emotions would get me into trouble, so I learned to hold them back and play the role of the "good girl." I thought this was the way to be accepted, but it left me feeling lost and disconnected from myself. Over time,  that constant need to fit in began to weigh on me, leading to anxiety and depression, until I finally hit rock bottom.

My life changed completely when I discovered Tantra, a spiritual science that taught me to embrace every part of who I am. I started to see my emotions—not as something to hide or fix—but as a source of strength and creativity. Little by little, I let go of the masks I had been wearing to fit in and began the journey of truly accepting and embracing myself.

Living authentically gives me a sense of freedom and peace—the peace that comes from knowing I’ll always be there for myself, no matter what happens around me.
