Join us for Stretch and Sound Healing, bath in the enchanting glow of galaxy lighting, this celestial experience begins with a guided gentle breath-work session, inviting you to center your awareness and establish a connection within the space. Bringing awareness to your intention for showing up in this space. We will transition into a beginner friendly stretch and trauma-informed yoga sequence, unleashing the flow of energy within your body and preparing you for the journey ahead. Weaving our time together we will finish with a Reiki infused sound bath, where healing vibrations weave with your multidimensional self, washing away stress and promoting deep relaxation or profound insights.
