Join me for a night of going within. exploring the parts of our beingness that we've been afraid or have been having trouble setting free: shame, trauma, limiting beliefs, self doubt, unhealthy attachments, self worth struggles, lack of self acceptance. Struggles that I and so many of us collectively have been confronted by and called to heal.

The hurdle is no longer wanting to heal but HOW to heal. Where to start?! How to go deeper?
