The evening begins with a cacao ceremony, intention setting & meditation led by Marilynn, followed by fun ice breakers and somatic movements led by Ana and Pedro, fostering connections that go beyond the dance floor. As the night unfolds, we vibe and jam out, culminating in an incredible sound gong healing session by Kayla Sibilia.
Once the music starts, get ready to experience sets from our three amazing DJs:
Pmpasto (he/him) from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, blends genres to create unique musical stories and evoke deep emotions. His sets feature a mix of Bail Funk, Amapiano, Afro beats, Deep House, Ghetto, Ambient, and creative remixes.
Wenzl (he/him) from New York, will be mixing up minimal techno to get us in a trance.
Sissy Soll (she/ella) seamlessly blends the rhythmic pulses of house, funk, reggaeton, R&B, jazz, and underground club beats.

What is Ecstatic Dancing? Ecstatic dancing is a form of free-form, spontaneous movement and expression that goes beyond structured dance routines. Let go of expectations, let go of any thoughts of how you’re supposed to look dancing, and just feel the music. Allow yourself to move to your own rhythm. We will be playing all types of music, including techno, house, reggaeton, dancehall, tribal, salsa, and even a special People's Choice Playlist where you can contribute to the music that will play at the event!
Benefits of ecstatic dancing include self-expression, stress relief, physical exercise, mind-body connection, joy, spiritual exploration, and emotional release.
We invite everyone to join us from the beginning until the dancing kicks off because we believe in fostering connections among all participants. If you decide to attend, kindly commit to being present from the start until we transition into our individual dance worlds around 9:15ish. Let's embark on this collective experience together and create meaningful connections within our community.
