We will open the Sacred Circle with a smoke cleanse and introductions, familiarizing ourselves with the space and the beings within it as we create a web of consciousness together. This is a trauma-informed space, where we will briefly touch on our individual windows of tolerance and how to explore their edges.

Next, we will take a yellow lotus tincture under the tongue. Yellow lotus flower is associated with the solar plexus chakra. The solar plexus chakra is where our purpose, self-worth, confidence, self-acceptance, courage, and vitality are stored. Weaving in the intention of the yellow lotus essence, one of the highest frequency flowers, to lovingly connect with these parts of ourselves. (Yellow lotus is known to release serotonin and dopamine).

Empowered Sensual Dance is a somatic-based dance class that leads you to build a heightened sense of self-awareness through movement. This class's essence lies in utilizing the art of movement as a tool for self-exploration, bringing awareness to your senses and healing.

We will finish our time together with a meditation and solar plexus sound bath.
